Orders are processed packed & shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed next business day.
Popular/ High demand items may require a higher processing time. Please check the product description before your purchase.
If there are any inaccuracies with shipping information or payment information delays will occur. To ensure on time delivery, please make sure your shipping address is listed correctly and includes all relevant and/ or required information before placing your order. (Apt, Lot, St)
Shipping labels are printed verbatim. If your order cannot be delivered due to a mistake while placing your order, redelivery fees may be collected.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect/ incorrectly entered at time of purchase. We are not responsible for stolen packages. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carrier services
Orders will be shipped via USPS. Tracking info will be provided once your order has been shipped. Some orders with multiple items can have multiple tracking numbers.
Shipping costs are based on location and shipping option selected at check out.

If it is believed your purchase was fraud and/or your billing and shipping address does not match your card info. We may cancel/refund the money without any notice.
International orders (ONCE AVAILABLE) take longer to ship, as we are shipping from the United States. Please make sure to provide a telephone number for customs purposes. After order has been shipped it takes 10 to 12 days to receive.
